Description

Charming Balinese house perfectly located in central Seminyak, in a quiet area only few steps from Oberoi street and all commodities, and 10 minutes walk from the beach.

The villa has a large garden with a beautiful swimming pool 9 x 4 meters of natural stone. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room opening onto the garden with a big vertical garden, a wood deck that separates the pool with sun beds, and a huge modern island kitchen overlooking the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge / freezer double door, oven, microwave, and an espresso machine. The first bedroom is facing the pool, with large wardrobe, safety box, a nice bathroom with shower and bathtub. The 2nd bedroom is upstairs, arranged as a child’s bedroom, with 2 single twin beds than bring together can forms a large double bed. This 2nd bedroom can easily be arranged also as a working space.
