The center of the area stands a large dining table for those wonderful in-villa evenings spend together with your loved ones while sharing delicious food and tropical drinks.

Another point is that, as the villa does not sit on low-lying surface and has a well-maintained drainage system, no flooding may occur during and after extreme rain events.
